We will:

Give free assessment and advice on the optimum marketable rent value.

Market the property via brochures, Leaflets, the Internet and Newspapers.

7 day supervised viewings of properties.

Agree suitable tenant with Landlord.

Transfer Utilities.
Tenants must:

Pass independent credit and status checks.

Pay a dilapidation deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent.

Pay 1 month’s rent in advance
-
Sign a Bank Standing Order for future rent payments.

LETTING AND MANAGEMENT SERVICE:
At Executive Properties Dublin we can provide a full maintenance team to deal with any day to day repairs.

We manage it for you day, night, weekends, bank holidays, 24/7.

All rents are paid into landlords account. If the rent does not appear in the account, we will follow up all necessary inquiries for you.
Once the Tenant Moves in We Will:

Carry out 3 inspections during the year.(or more often where deemed necessary)

Deal with day-to-day general maintenance issues.

At the end of the tenancy either resign the tenant or move them out.

A float shall be held of € 300 for emergency call out or repairs.
